You're a Recipient of a Gift Card — Awesome!

Now it's time to redeem your physical gift card with these simple steps:

Step 1: Access joe

• If you already have an account:
  Log in via the Joe website or the joe mobile app.
• If you're new to Joe:
  Download the app from the Play Store or App Store, or use any browser to visit shop.joe.coffee.

Redeeming Your joe Gift Card

 If You Received a Physical Gift Card:

1. Tap your Profile Icon (top corner).
2. Go to the Wallet tab.
3. Tap the Gift Card icon (top right corner).
4. Enter the 12-digit code and CVV from your gift card.

5. Tap "Add Gift Card" – your balance will now show up in your Wallet.

   Start ordering your favorites!
   At checkout, choose your gift card as the payment method, it’ll apply automatically

How to Use a Gift Card Sent via the Joe App

• Go to the Loyalty page to claim the gift card and add it to your wallet.

• Once added, the gift card balance can be used like any other wallet funds during checkout.
