How to Transfer Funds from Your JoePass Rewards Card to Your Store-Specific Gift Card
If you accidentally uploaded funds to your JoePass Rewards Card but intended to upload them to your Store-Specific Gift Card, follow these simple steps to transfer the funds:
- Log in to your Joe account.
- By default, you’ll land on the page for your most frequently used shop.
- Click on the “Funds” tab.
- Choose the amount you’d like to transfer.
- Available options: $10, $20, $40, $50, $100, or a custom amount.
- Select your payment method.
- Make sure to choose “JoePass Rewards Card” as the payment source.
- Click “Confirm and Purchase.”
The funds will now be transferred to your Store-Specific Gift Card.
