Make Mornings Easier with Favorites on Joe
We love making it simple to order from your favorite local coffee shops on Joe. To help you save time and streamline your morning routine, we've made it easy to mark your go-to spots right in the app.
⭐️ Marking a Store as Your Loyalty Store
While browsing under the Discover tab, tap the star icon in the top-left corner of any storefront banner. This will mark the store as your Loyalty Store, allowing it to appear under your Loyalty tab for quick access.
How to Load Funds Online (via app or web):
If You're New to Joe:
- Download the joe app from the App Store or Google Play or at shop.joe.coffee.
- Open the app and tap the “Discover” tab to find nearby coffee shops.
- Select your favorite shop to view its menu.
- For first-time uploads:
- Tap the Dollar Icon or Funds Tab.
- Choose a preset amount ($10–$100) or enter a custom amount.
- Select your payment method and tap Pay.
- You’re all set! The shop now appears under the Loyalty tab.
If You're Already a Joe App User:
- Open the app and tap the Loyalty tab.
- Your favorite or most-used shop will appear as the first upload option.
- Tap the Funds Tab.
- Choose or enter your desired amount, select a payment method, and tap Pay.
❤️ Favorite a Drink or Food Item
You can favorite specific drinks or food items by tapping the heart icon on any menu item. This makes it even easier for baristas to add your go-to order at checkout with just a tap.
Your favorited items will be saved to your account and applied to both in-app and in-person orders.
