🎉 New Features in joe Merchant PLUS!
We're excited to introduce two new updates designed to improve your order management experience and give you more control over your app:
✅ Auto-Move Digital Orders to "In Progress" on Accept
Speed up your workflow by enabling digital orders to automatically move to “In Progress” when accepted.
To enable this feature:
- Open the joe Merchant PLUS app.
- Tap the Settings tab (gear icon).
- Select General Settings.
- Find the option: Digital Orders (Move all items to "In Progress" on accept)
- Toggle it ON.
Once enabled, no extra taps needed, online orders will instantly move to "In Progress" upon acceptance.
🔊 Adjustable App Volume for Mobile Orders
You can now customize the volume of incoming mobile order alerts to suit your environment and preferences.
To adjust the volume:
- Open the joe Merchant PLUS app.
- Tap the Settings tab (gear icon).
- Select General Settings.
- Under Alerts Volume, choose your preferred setting:
- Low – Minimum app volume
- High – Maximum app volume
- Manual – Use your tablet's volume buttons to adjust
Take control of your alert volume and stay notified, without the noise!
