Never miss a Joe order again. With Always Online, your shop will receive an automated phone call if an order has not been accepted within 30 seconds, helping ensure orders are acknowledged even when the tablet is unavailable.
Whether the tablet was accidentally turned off during closing, the volume was lowered, or a notification was missed, Always Online provides an extra layer of reliability to keep your shop connected and your customers happy.
How It Works
When a new Joe order is received and remains unaccepted for 30 seconds, an automated call will be placed to your verified shop phone number. This serves as a backup notification, helping your team respond to incoming orders promptly.
How to Enable Always Online
- Log in to your manage.joe.coffee account.
- From the left navigation menu, select Brand and then click Storefront.
- Click the pencil icon next to the storefront you would like to update.
- Locate the phone number listed in the storefront settings.
- If the number is correct, click Verify Now.
- You will receive an automated phone call at the listed number. A verification code will appear in a pop-up window.
- Enter the verification code using your shop phone to complete the verification process.
Enable the Feature
Once your phone number has been verified:
- Toggle Always Online to ON.
- Click Apply to save your changes.
Your shop is now set up to receive backup phone call notifications whenever an order is not accepted within 30 seconds.
