If your device is no longer being used with Joe and you would like to remove the Esper device management software, you will need to perform a factory reset on the device.

IMPORTANT: A factory reset will erase all data, apps, and settings currently stored on the device. Make sure any important information has been backed up before proceeding.

What Happens Next?

Once the factory reset is complete:

• Esper will be removed from the device.

• All Joe-related applications and settings will be removed.

• The tablet will return to its original factory settings.

• You can configure the device for personal use or another application.
