How to Clear Cache and Data on an Android Device for joe POS
- Open Android Settings
From your home screen or by swiping up, open the Settings app. - Navigate to Apps
Scroll down and tap Apps (or Apps & notifications, depending on your device). - Find joe POS
Scroll through the app list and select joe POS. - Clear Storage and Cache
Tap Storage (or Storage & cache), then select Clear Data and Clear Cache. - Login and Test
- Find the joe POS app again from your home screen or by swiping up.
- Open the app and log in using your Merchant Portal credentials.
- Pair the app with the correct Barista-Facing POS device.
- Place a test order and verify that the customer screen is displaying correctly on the paired device.
