Clearing your browser’s cache and local storage can resolve common issues such as:
- Pages not loading correctly
- Missing or outdated data
- Buttons or reports not updating
- Unexpected errors after a recent update

Before You Start
- Make sure you know your login email and password
- Clearing cache and local storage may log you out of Merchant Manager
- This will not delete any account, order, or reporting data
Google Chrome (Recommended)
- Open Chrome
- Click the three-dot menu (top right)
- Select Settings
- Click Privacy and security
- Select Clear browsing data
- Choose:
- Time range: All time
- ✅ Cached images and files
- ✅ Cookies and other site data
- Click Clear data
- Close Chrome completely
- Reopen Chrome and log back into

Safari (Mac)
- Open Safari
- Click Safari in the top menu
- Select Settings (or Preferences)
- Go to the Privacy tab
- Click Manage Website Data
- Select Remove All
- Confirm and close Safari
- Reopen Safari and log back into Merchant Manager
Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge
- Click the three-dot menu
- Select Settings
- Go to Privacy, search, and services
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear
- Choose:
- Time range: All time
- ✅ Cached images and files
- ✅ Cookies and other site data
- Click Clear now
- Restart Edge and log back in
When Should I Do This?
Clear your cache and local storage if you notice:
- Reports not updating
- Menus or settings not saving
- Pages loading incorrectly
- Issues after a new feature release
