Before You Start
Make sure you know your login email and password
Clearing cache and local storage may log you out of Merchant Manager
This will not delete any account, order, or reporting data
Google Chrome (Recommended)
Open Chrome
Click the three-dot menu (top right)
Select Settings
Click Privacy and security
Select Clear browsing data

Choose:
Time range: All time
✅ Cached images and files
✅ Cookies and other site data
Click Clear data
Close Chrome completely
Reopen Chrome and log back into

Safari (Mac)
Open Safari
Click Safari in the top menu
Select Settings (or Preferences)
Go to the Privacy tab
Click Manage Website Data
Select Remove All
Confirm and close Safari
Reopen Safari and log back into Merchant Manager
Microsoft Edge
Open Edge
Click the three-dot menu
Select Settings
Go to Privacy, search, and services
Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear

Choose:
Time range: All time
✅ Cached images and files
✅ Cookies and other site data
Click Clear now
Restart Edge and log back in
