This guide will walk baristas through how to print a receipt for gift cards purchased in-store.

Note: This feature is available starting with app version 3.13.1. Please ensure your app is updated.

• Open the POS Ordering Screen
  Tap on the 🎁 Gift tab (located between +MISC and 🔍 Search).

• Select Gift Card Purchases
  In the pop-up window, tap on Gift Card Purchases.

•  Search for the Purchase
  Use one of the following to locate the gift card:

1. Customer name

2. Phone number

3. Last 4 digits of the card

      Then, tap Details on the appropriate result.

Tip: If no results appear, try using the Filter by date range option to narrow your search.

• Print the Receipt
  Tap on Print Receipt, and the receipt will print from the connected printer.
