Updating a Customer’s Phone Number
If a customer changes their phone number, it’s essential to update it in the Joe system so they can continue earning rewards at your shop. Follow these simple steps:
- Log in to Merchant Manager.
- Navigate to the Customers tab.
- Use the search bar to find the customer by their old phone number.
- Click the pencil icon to edit their profile.
- Update the phone number field with the new number.
- Click Save in the upper right corner.
Note: If the Save button is greyed out, make sure the customer has a last name entered in the Last Name field, as this is required to save changes.
