The new Customers tab in Merchant Manager makes it easier than ever to manage and strengthen customer relationships. Stay on top of recent feedback and quickly filter reviews to find what matters most, helping you maintain consistency and keep customers coming back, even on your busiest days.
How to Filter Customer Reviews
- Log in to manage.joe.coffee.
- From the left-hand menu, select the “Customers” tab.
- In the Reviews tab, browse customer feedback, use the Search bar to find a specific customer, or tap the Filter button in the top-right corner.
- Apply filters to sort customer reviews by:
- Star Rating (1 to 5 stars)
- Order Status (15 days ago, 30 days ago, 45 days ago, or 90+ days ago)

Other Options:
- Has feedback
- Order was ready when customer arrived
- Customer was able to skip the line
- Click “Apply” to save your filters.
With these tools, you can easily surface meaningful feedback and respond to your customers with confidence and care, even during your busiest days.
