Coffee shop partners can now send direct messages to customers, and even attach digital gift cards, using Joe’s new Coffee Customer Relationship Management (CCRM) tool. Simply access your account at manage.joe.coffee.
This powerful feature is perfect for:
- Rewarding customers who leave positive reviews
- Engaging customers who didn’t have a 5-star experience with a thoughtful, personalized message
Customers will receive a push notification from Joe. When they tap the inbox notification, they’ll be taken directly to their Joe Inbox to read your message.
✅ How to DM Customers on Joe Coffee
1. Log in to Your Account
- On desktop: Go to manage.joe.coffee and log in.
- On mobile: Open the joe App, go to your profile, and toggle to "Owner Mode."
2. Access Your Customers
- From the navigation menu, select "Customers."
3. Filter Your Customer List (Optional)
- Use the filters at the top of the screen.
- Or tap the filter icon to open a full Filters pop-up for more options.
4. Select the Customer to Message
- Find the customer you want to message.
- Tap the reply icon on the right-hand side of their customer card.
5. Compose Your Message
- Type your personalized message in the message box.
6. (Optional) Add a Digital Gift Card
- Tap the gift card icon 🎁 in the top-right corner of the message box.
- Choose a gift card amount: $10, $15, $20, $25, or enter a custom amount.
- Click "Attach Card."
7. Send the Message
Tap "Send" to deliver your message (and gift, if included).
