Joe POS makes it easy to track promo code redemptions and automatically apply discounts for customers. Whether a promo code is redeemable once or multiple times, baristas can see which promos a customer qualifies for and apply the corresponding dollar or percentage discount.

Steps for Redeeming a Promo Code:

1. Customer Provides Loyalty Info:
   The customer enters their loyalty phone number on the tablet facing them.

2. Show or Mention Promo Code:
   The customer should present proof of the promo code by:

   • Giving a physical card to the barista,

   • Showing a social media post with the code, or

   • Simply mentioning the code at checkout.

3. Apply the Promo Code:

   • On the checkout screen, tap the blue Promo Code Banner located just above the payment options.

   • Select the applicable promo code.

   • The discount will automatically apply to the eligible items.

4. Complete Checkout:
   Continue with the checkout process as usual.

Important Note:
If a customer has reached the redemption limit for a promo code, the code will appear greyed out, and baristas will not be able to apply it to the order.
