joe Connection Diagnostic Tool
The joe Connection Diagnostic tool quickly tests your device’s connectivity to the joe servers — completing in as little as 3 seconds to make troubleshooting faster and easier.
Before You Begin
✅ Make sure your joe Merchant PLUS app is updated to the latest version (3.14.6).
Run the Diagnostic (Option 1: Wi-Fi Icon)
- Tap the Wi-Fi symbol in the bottom left corner of your main joe screen.
- The Connection Diagnostic window will open automatically.
- The tool will:
- Test across all four connections
- Check any connected devices
- Tap Okay to return to your main joe screen.
Run the Diagnostic (Option 2: Settings Menu)
- Tap the Settings gear icon ⚙️.
- Open the Current Status tab.
- Tap Check Network Status.
- The diagnostic will automatically run and test all four connections.
Running a Connection Diagnostic
- Tap the Wi-Fi symbol in the bottom-left corner to open the Connection Diagnostic window.
- The diagnostics will automatically run, testing all four connections and any connected devices.
- If the connection fails at the Internet, we recommend restarting and reconnecting to your shop’s internet.
- If the connection fails at joe Services or beyond, please contact your joe Success Manager at support@joe.coffee.
- Tap Okay to return to your main joe screen.
Alternate Method
You can also run a Connection Diagnostic through the app’s settings:
- Tap the Settings gear icon.
- Select the Current Status tab.
- Tap Check Network Status.
- The diagnostic will automatically run and test all four connections.
