Heads Up: your Joe POS is being updated to v3.21.0 — faster cash and gift card checkout, more reliable POS features, and fewer payment errors. Going live in July, the exact date is TBD. Nothing to do on your side. We're also cleaning up behind the scenes, you can expect a Core update on July 14th along with new simple & improved reports in the Merchant Manager on July 20, 2026. As a precursor to the updates mentioned above we will be sunsetting the On-Screen Tap to Pay feature at 7pm on July 14th. Tap to Pay will still be available on external card readers and payment cases. This change will only impact Tap to Pay payments made by directly tapping the screen on your payment terminal. 

To prepare for these changes please ensure the following:

• Confirm that external card readers and payment cases can successfully pair to your device(s).
• Confirm that remote access is enabled on your tablet.
