📊 Comprehensive Sales Summary View

The Sales Summary View provides real-time daily sales data to give owners and managers valuable business insights.
Access your summary by tapping the Bar Graph icon in the Joe App.

🔍 Overview

Your Sales Summary includes the following key metrics:

• Sales Summary:
  Displays gross sales, total transactions processed, and your average ticket for the day.
• Payment Type Breakdown:
  Shows where your sales are coming from by payment type — including credit, debit, cash, and mobile payments.
• Tip Amounts:
  Allows baristas and managers to easily view tips by time of day or by the hour.

🖨️ Viewing & Printing Sales Summaries from Previous Dates

Need to review a previous day’s performance?
This feature lets you view and print your Sales Summary data from any past date — perfect for comparing week-over-week or day-over-day performance.

Steps to Navigate:

1. Tap the Bar Graph icon from the left-hand menu bar to open your Sales Summary.
2. In the top-right corner, tap the “Today” pill icon to open the monthly calendar view.
3. Select the specific day you’d like to review.
4. To print, tap the Printer icon located to the left of the date range you’ve selected.

💡 Pro Tip

Use this feature to quickly compare performance trends, reconcile sales and tip amounts, or track growth week over week.
You can also access all your detailed reporting data anytime through Merchant Manager.
