We’re excited to introduce a new Recall option in the Order Management screen! This feature gives baristas and teams more flexibility when handling orders in a busy shop environment.
What’s New
With the Recall option, you can now:
🔄 Move orders back to the “Active” tab if they were accidentally marked as “Ready.”
✅ Keep orders flowing smoothly in high-volume environments by treating the Order Management screen like a true operational belt — orders can now move forward and backward as needed.
What’s Next
This update also sets the stage for upcoming improvements, including:
Auto-Complete Orders → Orders will automatically complete once all items are marked as done.
Master vs. Worker Stations → Allowing shops to define roles for different prep stations for even smoother workflows.
