🎁 Redeeming Points

To redeem points:

1. In-App Orders:

   • At checkout, tap the rewards value you'd like to redeem.

   • If a box is grey instead of blue, you do not yet have enough points to redeem that tier.

   • Scroll down to your ticket to ensure the rewards value has been applied .​

2. In-Person Orders:

   • Provide your loyalty phone number at checkout.

   • Baristas will see your loyalty profile and can apply available rewards to your order .​

📱 Managing Your Rewards

Within the joe app, navigate to the Rewards tab to:​ View your current points balance.

• Track your progress toward rewards.

• Access and complete available challenges.

• Review your rewards history.​

Tap the gray arrow on the far right of the Rewards tracker for more detailed information .​

💡 Tips to Maximize Rewards

• Upload Funds: Customers who upload a balance to their store and/or order ahead earn points twice as fast, encouraging repeat visits.

• Participate in Weekly Promotions:

  •  2x Tuesday - Earn double points on every order each Tuesday

  •  Thirsty Thursday - Earn a bonus when you order a drink on Thursday

  • Social Saturday - Earn a bonus when you order 2+ drinks on Saturday​

• Refer Friends: Invite friends to join joe; both you and your friend can earn points upon their first purchase.​

• Stay Updated: Regularly check the app for new challenges and promotions to take advantage of limited-time offers.​
