How to Earn Rewards

Every time you make a purchase with joe—whether in person at a joe Point of Sale partner or by ordering ahead through the joe Coffee App—you’ll earn points that are added directly to your account.

Once you reach a points milestone, you can redeem your points for discounts on any hot or cold drink from the menu.

To track your rewards progress, simply log in to your joe app account and tap the “Rewards” icon in the bottom navigation bar.

How to Redeem Rewards

Customers can redeem their rewards in person or when ordering ahead through the joe app.

The system automatically applies the highest available discount based on your points balance—this is the default way rewards are redeemed.

Redeeming Rewards In Person

1. At checkout, enter your loyalty phone number on the screen facing you.
2. The barista will see your loyalty profile and earned rewards on their checkout screen.
3. The barista taps the reward you want to use.
4. The reward is automatically applied to your order.

Redeem Rewards from the joe App

1. Add your order to your cart.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. A pop-up will appear with eligible rewards based on your points.
4. Choose to apply the reward or save it for later.
5. Scroll down to your order to confirm the reward has been applied.
6. Verify your payment method.
7. Tap Pay to place your order.
