How to Refer a Friend
- Open the Joe app and tap the Loyalty tab.
- Click on the profile banner at the top left of the page.
- Tap the Share and earn 500 points option under your profile name.
- Choose how you'd like to share your personal referral code—via text, email, or social media.
Share your code with friends and family and start earning rewards!
How to Redeem a Referral Code
- Tap the referral message you receive from your friend.
- Complete the sign-up process with joe.
- Your $3 off reward will be automatically added to your Joe points once you finish signing up.
Help! I Referred a Friend but We Didn’t Receive Our Points
If you referred a friend, you’ll receive your bonus points once they make their first purchase on joe.
