Accessing your online menu link

1. Log in to your joe Merchant Manager
2. From the left hand menu, select the Marketing tab from the left hand menu
3. Select the Promote tab across the top, followed by Online Menu Link
4. On this page, you will find your dedicated joe URL, your shop name and shop description, as well as a Banner photo.  Note: We set this up for you as a part of your on-boarding process with joe but you are welcome to make any changes to fit your shop!
5. Copy the entire url located next to Visit to use on your Google Business Profile or add to your existing webpage with an order button.

1 - Add joe to your Google Business Profile

Potential customers are looking for you! According to a Google Analytics research,  77% of people rely most on Google Maps to find businesses open nearby. So give those browsing customers a seamless way to both view your menu and instantly place an order directly from their search by adding your shop's custom joe online menu to your Google Business listing.

1. Log in to your Google Business at www.google.com/business/
2. Select the Info tab from the menu on the left-hand side. This Info section lists the key information listed including address, phone number, hours of operation, etc.
3. Select the pencil icon next to Order ahead links or Online menu to edit.
4. In the pop-up window, add your dedicated joe online menu link
5. Select the Star icon next to the joe online menu link to make this ordering option your preferred option. 
6. Select Apply to save those changes.

Please note, it may take 1-2 business days for Google Business to review and approve these changes. That's it - now your  joe online menu is linked directly to your Google My Business.

2 - Add joe to your website with a "Order Now!" Button

We recommend adding your own "Order Online" button that will direct customers to your joe online menu. Each website builder is slightly different, so if you need more assistance, Google is your friend.

1. Log in to your joe Merchant Manager
2. From the left hand menu, select the Marketing tab from the left hand menu
3. Select the Promote tab across the top, followed by Online Menu Link
4. Copy the entire url located next to Visit to use on your Google Business Profile or add to your existing webpage with an order button.
5. Open a new tab. Log in to your website builder to view your page so that you can make edits. 
6. In your navigation menu, insert a new button that will direct customers to order. Use a simple call-to-action phrase like "Order Now", "Order Online", or "Online for Curbside"
7. In the settings of the button, insert your joe online menu link from Step 2
8. Adjust settings of the button to match your branding and fit the aesthetic of your website
9. Save and publish.

3 - Add joe to your Social Media Profiles

Add joe to Instagram

1. Go to your instagram profile
2. Tap Edit Profile button in at in the middle of the screen
3. Add your custom online menu link as your website if you do not have one listed, or add the phrase "Order ahead with @joecoffeeapp" as a part of your bio description
   1. If you already have a business website listed in your bio, use a free resource like Linktree to include several calls-to-action all in one place
4. Save.

Add joe to Facebook

1. Log in to your business Facebook page
2. Select the blue + Add a Button icon located at the top of your profile
3. In the Edit Page Button window select Order Food

4. Add your joe online menu link in the website box, followed by Save.

   Note: Whether on a desktop or a mobile device, this joe online menu link will direct the consumer to the appropriate browser or app store to place their first order! 

5. View your changes in the About section of you profile located on the left hand side.
