In today’s fast-paced world, customers are prioritizing convenience more than ever. Implementing a drive-thru pickup option instead of requiring customers to pick up their orders at the counter can significantly enhance customer satisfaction and improve operational efficiency. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to successfully implement this system:

1. Log In to Manage.joe.coffee

2. Select the Brand Tab

3. From the top of the screen select the Storefronts tab

4. Click the pencil icon on the storefront you want to enable drive-thru pickup at
5. Turn the Drive-thru toggle on and list instructions for the customer when they arrive. We recommend including a photo of the drive thru as well. 

This will allow customers to choose "Drive Thru" as a pickup option when they place their order on the joe app to make pickup even faster!
