Updating the app gives you access to the latest features, and improves functionality as well as stability. We recommend setting your joe Merchant PLUS app to automatically update to ensure app reliability, and save you time.

Enable Auto Update

For the most reliable, up to date product experience, we recommend setting your joe Merchant PLUS app to automatically update. 

1. Navigate to the Google Play Store or App Store on your device and open the app
2. Search for the joe Merchant PLUS app
3. While on the joe Merchant PLUS page, tap the three dots in the upper right hand corner
4. Check the box to Enable Auto Update

Updating on an iOS device

1. Open the App Store
2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. 
4. Tap Update next to the joe Merchant PLUS app to update only that app, or tap Update All.

Updating on an Android device

To update apps individually or in bulk using the Google Play Store app on your mobile device. Open the Google Play Store app by swiping up and hitting the circle home button that appears: 

1. Google Play Store should be on your home screen if not swipe up and look for the colorful triangle. 
2. Tap on the search bar on the top of the page and input "joe Merchant PLUS" 
3. Select the name that appears 
4. If the joe Merchant PLUS app has an update available it will be listed in the Updates.
5. Then simply go ahead and Tap Update.
