How to Access Your joe Rewards
Follow these simple steps to view and manage your rewards:
- Open the joe app
- Log in using your cell phone number
- Enter the verification code sent to your phone
- Tap the “Rewards” icon on the bottom navigation bar
From there, you’ll be able to see your current rewards balance, track progress, and redeem your perks with ease.

What’s New on the Rewards Tab?
Points Ledger
Now you can access a real-time Points Ledger that tracks every point you earn and redeem. This detailed activity log helps you monitor all your rewards-related actions, so you always know exactly where you stand on your journey to unlocking exciting rewards milestones
Earning Points and Reward Challenges
In addition to our regular Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday offers, you can now earn points faster by completing simple tasks available in the Challenges Tab. Some of these tasks include:
- Adding your email
- Placing your first mobile order
- Referring a friend
Every challenge you complete rewards you with extra points—and once finished, the challenge will be removed from your list. It’s all designed to make your joe Rewards experience even more rewarding and fun!
