How to Use Your Joe PIN
When visiting a store where you have a Joe balance, let the cashier know you'd like to pay using your balance.
- You’ll receive a text message with your unique PIN number.
- Enter the PIN at the register to complete your purchase.
How to Find Your PIN in the Joe App
If you didn’t receive the text or want to locate your PIN directly from the app:
- Open the Joe App
- Tap your Profile Go to Wallet → tap the Settings icon (⚙️) → select JoePIN
⚠️ Troubleshooting: Not Receiving PIN Texts?
If you're not getting the PIN via SMS:
- Text "START" to 206-900-9547 to re-enable text notifications.
- Once activated, you should receive a PIN text any time you request to use your balance in-store.
