How to Gift a Card on joe App

Step 1: Access joe

• If you already have an account:
  Log in via the Joe website or the joe mobile app.
• If you're new to Joe:
  Download the app from the Play Store or App Store, or use any browser to visit shop.joe.coffee.

To Gift a Store-Specific Gift Card

1. Tap the Discover tab (bottom of the app).
2. Find and select the coffee shop you want to gift from.
3. Tap the Gift tab.
4. By default, "Send as gift to a friend" is enabled.
5. Enter:
   • Recipient’s name
   • Phone number
   • Optional message
6. Choose to:
   • Send now (Schedule Now)
   • Or schedule for a later date/time (Schedule)
7. Select a gift amount:
   • Preset: $25, $40, $50, $100
   • Or enter a custom amount
8. Add a payment method
9. Review and preview your message
10. Tap Send, the gift will be scheduled for delivery!

To Gift a joePass Gift Card

1. Tap the Loyalty tab (bottom of the app).
2. Swipe right to access your joePass balance.
3. Tap the Gift tab.
4. "Send as gift to a friend" is automatically enabled.
5. Enter:
   • Recipient’s name
   • Phone number
   • Optional message
6. Select a gift amount:
   1. Preset: $10, $25, $50, $100
7. Add payment method
8. Write and preview your message
9. Tap Send, your joePass gift will be sent.

🎉Congratulations! You’ve received a store card!

Your digital gift card has been automatically added to your joe Wallet and can be used for:

• In-person digital payments
• Ordering ahead on joe (via the app or web browser)

How to use your gift card:

1. Log in to your joe account on the app or web.
2. Tap the Profile Icon.
3. Go to your Wallet,  your gift card will already be there.
4. Start ordering your favorite items.
5. At checkout, choose your gift card as the payment method, the balance will be applied automatically.
