Why Use Featured & Upsell?

Upsell Items: Suggest add-ons like food pairings or higher-margin products to increase average order value.

How to Set Up Featured & Upsell
Step 1: Select the Menu
Choose the menu you want to manage from the Menu > Featured & Upsell section.
Step 2: Select the Store
Pick the store location where you’d like these items to display. Each store can have unique Featured and Upsell items.
Step 3: Choose Featured Items
Highlight items you’d like to stand out on the menu, such as:
Seasonal favorites
Top-selling beverages
Limited-time promotions
Step 4: Choose Upsell Items
Select items you want to promote as upsell suggestions during checkout. Best practice:
Highlight food items (e.g., pastries, breakfast sandwiches)
Focus on high-margin products (e.g., specialty drinks, branded merchandise)
