joe Rewards Cards take the coffee shop gift card experience to the next level. When customers opt in to loyalty and associate their Rewards membership to their gift card transaction, their card becomes a Reward Card which unlocks perks exclusive to rewards members.

Perks include the ability to pay in-person and digitally, as well as view the gift card balance and instantly reload from their joe Coffee app.

About Deals

Additionally, you as a coffee shop owner can incentivize these Rewards customers to reload their card balance with Deals.

Deals such as "upload $50 and get $60" or "load $100 and get $110" encourage loyalty to your shop, as well as give the benefits of cash up front for your business.

How to Create, Edit, or Delete a Gift Card Deal in Merchant Manager

To Create a Gift Card Deal:

1. Log in to your Merchant Manager account from a desktop or web browser.
2. Go to the Marketing tab.
3. Under Offers, navigate to Manage Gift Card Offers.
4. Tap the “+” button to create a new deal.
5. Enter your desired:
   Amount to Upload (e.g., $20)
   Amount to Get (e.g., $25)
6. Tap Add to proceed.
7. Tap Add again to save and activate your deal.
   
   

To Edit a Gift Card Deal

1. From the Manage Gift Card Offers section, select the pencil icon next to the deal you’d like to edit.
2. Update the Amount to Upload and Amount to Get as needed.
3. Tap Save to apply your changes.

To Delete a Gift Card Deal:

1. In the Manage Gift Card Offers section, locate the deal you want to remove.
2. Tap the Delete button (trash can icon) to remove the deal permanently.
