Step #1: How to set up your Kiosk 

1. Login to joe POS using your Email and Password credential you have when signing up
2. Enter Device name Kiosk 
3. Select Kiosk Mode 

Step #2: How access Settings

1. Swipe from left to right 
2. Enter your phone number associated to your account when you login 
   • Please note if you are not using our Clock in/Clock Out feature then only owners with a Barista role to get access
3. Enter 4 Digit Pin that is sent via SMS
4. Then connect Card Reader and Printer as you do on the joe POS. 

Step #3: Kiosk Customer Experience

1. A customer has the option to enter their number or check in as a guest 
2. Guest Experience
   • They will see Store Top 10 list as Recommended 
   • Featured Items that a Coffee Shop can select using our Featured and Upsell items Tab 
   • Scroll through and navigate the remainder of the menu 
   • Customer will see Upsell Items at checkout 
   • Name is required for a guest to support barista workflow 
   • 
3. Loyal Customer 
   • Favorite Items will appear at the top 
   • Recent Orders: Last 4 orders 
   • Featured Items 
   • Scroll through and navigate the remainder of the menu 
   • Customer will see Upsell Items at checkout 
   • Ability to select their rewards 
   • Select Tips 
   • Customer can pay with three options: Balance, Credit/Debit Card, and Manual Card Entry
