How to add images to my menu
Adding splashy, clean images to your menu makes it POP! 💥 and is a sure fire way to encourage larger spending which boosts average tickets. Give your joe menu as much personality as your shop, shine a light on custom specialty items, and differentiate your menu from competitors by adding your custom images.
Note: When accessing Merchant Portal, we recommend using Google Chrome to ensure photos upload correctly.
Adding images to joe
- Log in to your joe merchant portal, select the Menus tab on the left hand menu bar, followed by the orange pencil icon next to the menu you would like to edit.
- Select the menu item you would like to add an image to, the details of that item will open
- Select the teal Add Image button on the right side of the screen.
- Browse your files for the image you want.
- Note: Your image size must be at least 1100 x 1100 px to upload.
- Crop image to 1000 x 1000 px
- Select the orange Done button to complete
- Save your menu
