Create an Automated Marketing Camapaign

Target customers directly with joe's new Automated Marketing Campaign, available at your fingertips in the joe Coffee App or on a Desktop.

How to Set Up a Campaign

  1. Log in to your joe Merchant Manager account
  2. Select your company and store location
  3. Tap the Marketing Tab from the left hand navigation menu bar followed by the Campaigns tab from the categories across the top
  4. If you like one of the pre-populated campaigns toggle them on or copy the campaign
  5. To create your own, tap the red Create Campaign button
    1. Add a title and a message
    2. Choose a promo code if you'd like to include that in the campaign
    3. Select your start date
    4. Select your cadence - once, daily, weekly
    5. and the time you'd like to send the campaign
  6. Choose your audience
    1. All customers or
    2. Custom audience where you can filter your audience by ratings, order status, and the last time customers' made an order at your shop
  7. Tap Launch
