Uploading a Digital Card Design
Create a consistent brand identity across in-person and digital experiences by uploading a uniquely branded design to your shops' digital cards.
When customers upload a physical gift card to their joe wallet, or Rewards members reload their balance via the app, they will be greeted with your unique coffee shop brand, as seen below
To Upload Digital Card Design
- Log in to your merchant manager dashboard
- Select the Marketing tab from the left hand menu and Gift Card from the top menu categories
- You will see a generic joe Digital Card (select partners may see a temporary design with their logo)
- Tap Upload Design
- Drag and Drop or Browse for your desired design, crop if needed
- Save
