Get started on joe!

To begin the onboarding process with joe, you must first create a login and create your company in Merchant Portal. Below is a video to walk you through each step of the setup process. 

To Create the Company:

  1. Go to
  2. Fill in all fields and click Sign Up.
  3. Select Get Started.
  4. Complete the Company Information fields and click Update.
  5. Complete the Payment Account information with the information for the bank account where you would like joe transfers deposited, selecting if it is Personal or Business account. Click Save
  6. Read and review our Terms of Service, then select both check boxes and click Accept terms and register account. 

To Submit your Menu:

  1. After finalizing your registration, click Complete Setup to be sent to our Menu Onboarding form.
  2. Complete the form and upload your menu file.

Once this is complete, your Account Manager will be in contact and assist you in launching on joe!
