Customers earn points on every order, whether they order in person or ahead through the Joe Coffee App. Once they reach a reward milestone, customers can redeem their rewards on their favorite items — including hot and cold drinks as well as food — either in person or via the app.
To redeem rewards in person:
- At checkout, encourage the customer to enter their Rewards phone number on the screen facing them.
- Alternatively, baristas can manually enter the phone number in the Customer Information section.
- The customer’s Rewards profile will appear on the checkout screen, showing the rewards they’ve earned and can redeem.
- Tap the desired reward to automatically apply the discount to the order ticket.
- If needed, tap the reward again to remove the discount from the ticket.
- Continue with the checkout process to complete the transaction.
