At Joe, we understand how essential accurate reporting and sales data are for our shops. Merchant Manager allows you to export a wide range of reports, including sales totals, item-level sales, weekly order volume, transfer summaries, and more. Below is an overview of how to download one—or all—of these reports for use in COGS analysis, staffing decisions, and overall sales reviews.
Log in to Merchant Manager.
Navigate to the Reports tab.

Choose a report type from the dropdown menu, such as:
All Transactions
Applied Credit and Barista Discount
Banking
Refunds and Rejected Orders
Donations
Gift Card and User Balances
Order Items
Till Report
4. Select your date range.
You can choose from preset ranges (7 days, 14 days, 30 days) or expand the Preset menu to access options like Previous Month, Previous Quarter, or Previous Year. For a specific time frame, use the Custom option to manually enter your dates.
5. Download your report by clicking the three dots next to the report and selecting Download.
