Using your joe PIN when ordering

Joe PINs make it easy to pay in person using your store balance. Here’s how it works:

How to Use Your Joe PIN

  1. When visiting a store where you have a balance, let the cashier know you’d like to use your balance to pay.
  2. You will receive a text message with your unique PIN number.
  3. Enter the PIN at the register to complete your purchase.

Troubleshooting: Not Receiving PIN Texts

If you’re not automatically receiving text messages with your PIN:

  1. Text "START" to 206-900-9547 to activate text notifications.
  2. Once activated, you’ll receive a PIN text whenever you request to use your balance in person.
