What is beneficial about uploading funds?
Uploading funds to your joe account saves you both time and money. Customer who pay using their joe balance avoid the service fee charged on each order when using a debit/credit card.
How to upload funds from the app
You can upload funds to your joe account on the Wallet page of the app, or from the order checkout screen.
From your order checkout screen, add your tip, then tap the Add Funds button. Finally, choose your upload amount and complete checkout.
How to upload funds in person at the register
Let your barista know you would like to add money to your store loyalty balance and the barista can process the transaction for you.
Can I upload less than $25?
Yes, if you link your bank account to the app you can upload $10.
Where can I see a history of my balance uploads?
- Tap the My joe tab and scroll down to the Settings section
- Select joe Balance History to see your recent upload history
