How to EDIT Ticket Printing Size and Tasks

We now offer a smaller ticket printing option on the joe Point of Sale! By following these steps, you can easily modify the ticket size to better fit your printing needs.


  1. Open your application and go to the Settings menu and then select Printers

  2. Select the task you want to edit printing size for and click the pencil icon.


  3. Click the arrow button to choose either 80mm or 57mm to adjust your ticket dimensions accordingly, then hit Save.

    1. Select the task you want to edit printing size for and click the pencil icon.
    2. Select the task you would like to ADD or Edit
    3. The Task selected will now assign this particular printer the desired task
