How to Change a Customer's Phone Number
If a customer changes their phone number, it's important to update it in the Joe system so they can continue earning rewards at your shop. Follow these steps to update their phone number:
- Log into Merchant Manager
- Go to the Customers Tab
- Search their old phone number in the search bar
- Click the pencil icon to edit their profile
- Change the phone number listed to the new number
- Hit Save in the upper right corner
- if the save button is greyed out, be sure they have a last name listed in the Last Name box - this is required to save the changes.
