Can I Add Points to a Customers' Profile?

YES!

In the instance that a customer has a poor experience and you're looking to rectify it, or maybe you've run a giveaway and the winner gets additional points towards a free drink, you as an owner can add Rewards points and/or Rewards Balance to a customers' profile through your joe Merchant Manager.

Here's how:

Adding Points or a Balance to a Customer Profile

  1. Log in to your Merchant Manager at manage.joe.coffee, or from the My Joe page of your joe Coffee app, tap your Profile Picture in the top right hand corner followed by Owner Mode to take you to your Merchant Portal
  2. From the Navigation Menu, select the Customers Tab followed by Customers from the categories tabs at the top of the screen
  3. Search for the customer by scrolling or using the Search Bar, inputing the customer name or phone number
  4. Tap the pencil icon to edit the customer profile
  5. Add a dollar amount under Grant Reward Balance for them to use at your shop!
  6. Or add points under the Grant Reward Points - to kickstart their progress to a free drink!
    1. Note: A free drink on joe is up to a $6 value and equates to 1,000 points
