How do I edit prices, sizes, or descriptions on an existing menu item?

Your shop's digital menu is easily accessible from your Merchant Manager portal, at manage.joe.coffee or through Owner Mode of your joe Coffee App.

Please note: The Storefront tab, that is home to your digital storefront including store hours, menu, etc., is pulling from joe's older, legacy owner portal. We will be updating it soon for a user experience for consistent with the rest of joe Merchant Manager.

IN THIS ARTICLE:

Access your store's digital menu

  1. Log in to your joe Merchant Manager
  2. From the left hand menu, select the Storefront tab, followed by Edit Details to take you to your digital store detains
  3. Choose Menu Settings.
  4. You will see you Active Menu listed, choose the red Edit Menu button

Edit Menu Prices

  1. Access your Menu in Merchant Manager
  2. Select the specific Menu Category you would like to edit, such as Hot Drinks, Cold Drinks, or Food
  3. Select the orange pencil icon next to the menu you would like to modify
  4. Sizes and prices for each item are conveniently listed next to their names
  5. Tab through the prices, similar to working in a spreadsheet, and quickly make any needed adjustments
  6. Select the blue Save button located on the bottom right hand side


Name & Description Updates

  1. Access your Menu in Merchant Manager
  2. Select the specific Menu Category you would like to edit, such as Hot Drinks, Cold Drinks, or Food
  3. Click on the item to open a new screen box, that shows the item specific information including the Item Name and Item Description
  4. Revise the Item Name and Item Description located at the top as needed.
  5. Click the X in the upper right hand corner to exit the screen box
  6. Select the blue Save button located on the bottom right hand corner

Updating Item Sizes

  1. Access your Menu in Merchant Manager
  2. Select the specific Menu Category you would like to edit, such as Hot Drinks, Cold Drinks, or Food
  3. Click on the item to open a new screen box, that shows the item specific information, including sizes listed on the right-hand side.
  4. You can customize the size display name ideal for items sold as a single serving
  5. You can adjust the quantity to match your product specifications
  6. You can modify the unit of measurement from ounces, grams, or pounds
  7. Click the X in the upper right hand corner to exit the screen box
  8. Select the blue Save button located on the bottom right hand corner
