View Customer Feedback and Reviews

Use the new Customer tab in the Merchant Manager to view recent customer feedback and filter your customer reviews, so even on your busiest days you can cultivate relationships and keep consistency top of mind.

How to filter customer reviews

  1. Log in to your Merchant Manager dashboard
  2. Select the Customers tab from the left hand menu bar
  3. Scroll among recent customer reviews, use the Search bar to search for a specific customer, or tap the Filter button in the top right hand corner
  4. Filter among Star Rating, Order Status, Ability to Skip the Line, and Last Order Date to search for applicable customers
