Add Pickup Location Images

Give your customers 100% confidence in picking up their order by adding images of your In-store/On-counter and Curbside pickup locations. After placing their order, they'll be able to see exactly where and how to pick up their drink from you, and be on their way.

How to add images of your Pickup Locations

  1. Log in to your joe merchant portal
  2. From your company dashboard, select Stores from the left-hand menu bar, followed by orange Edit Details button to the right of your shop location
  3. Tap the Settings tab at the top of the screen. Scroll to Pickup location images section
  4. Select the orange +Add button for either Curbside or In-Store/On-counter pickup location. 
  5. Browse for the desired image and crop if necessary. 
  6. Select the orange Done button to finish uploading.

NOTE: Currently, we only offer 1 pickup description for consumers, so if you offer both curbside and in-store pickup be sure to add both into this description.
