The joe Rewards program empowers customers to swiftly accumulate and use rewards, either in smaller increments or for significant discounts. This article will guide you through the joe Rewards structure, detailing how to effortlessly earn and redeem rewards.
To access your joe Rewards:
- Open the joe app
- Login using your cell phone number
- Input the verification code you are sent
- Click on the Rewards icon in the bottom navigation bar
What's new on the Rewards Tab?
Points Ledger: This is a real-time ledger displaying the accumulation and redemption of points. The tracker includes all activities related to earning and using rewards, allowing you to stay informed about your progress towards different rewards milestones.
Earning Points and Reward Challenges: In addition to our standard Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday offers, we wanted to give users more ways to earn points on joe. Different tasks to complete for points include adding an email, placing your first mobile order, or referring a friend will be rewarded with points. Once the challenge is completed, it will be removed from the list.
More Offers: As an app user, you will have access to offers tied to rewards points and accessible on the Rewards Tab.
