Help! Barista forgot their PIN
It happens! If a barista forgets their 4-digit PIN number to clock-in and start earning tips follow this quick guide.
- Tap the Barista Management Tool
- Select the desire barista profile
- Tap Forgot PIN in the top right hand corner
- Barista will receive an SMS text from joe with their their 4-digit PIN number
