How to Enable and Configure Mobile Hotspot on Verizon TCL Tablets

This guide will walk you through the steps to enable and configure the Mobile Hotspot on your Verizon TCL Tablet. By setting up a mobile hotspot, you can share your tablet's internet connection with other devices via Wi-Fi.

Step 1: Access Settings

Step 6: Update Hotspot Name

In the setup menu, find the option for SSID or Network Name. Erase the existing name and enter "Verizon-joe-hotspot" as the new name. This name will appear when devices search for Wi-Fi networks to connect to.

Step 7: Update Hotspot Password

Next, update the password to secure your hotspot. Select the password field and change it to joecoffee. This will be the password that other devices must enter to connect to your hotspot.

Step 8: Save Your Settings

After updating the name and password, make sure to save these settings. Look for a button like Save, Apply, or simply exit the setup, depending on your tablet’s interface.

Step 9: Connect Other Devices

Now that your mobile hotspot is active and configured, you can connect other devices to it. Just select the "Verizon-joe-hotspot" network on the device you wish to connect, and enter the password joecoffee when prompted.
