Redeeming Rewards in Person

Customers earn points on every order, whether in-person or when they order ahead through the joe Coffee App. Once they've reached a reward milestone, customers can redeem those rewards earned on their favorite hot or cold drinks, in person or when ordering ahead on the joe app. 

To redeem rewards in person:

1. At checkout, encourage the customer to add their Rewards phone number on the screen facing them, or baristas can manually input it in the Customer information
2. The Customer Reward profile on the checkout screen, as seen below, will populate, showing the rewards they've earned and can be redeemed
3. Tap the reward to automatically apply the value to the order ticket
4. Tap the reward again to remove the discount from the ticket
5. Continue check out.
