How to refund an order
If you need to issue a refund, or a partial refund, to a customer, there are two places in the Merchant PLUS app where you can do so.
Refunding a Recent Order
- On the Order Status Screen swipe to the right, or tap, to take you to the Completed tab
- Select the Details button next to the order you'd like to refund
- Check the box next to the item(s) you would like to refund, followed by Refund
- Note that once an order is refunded, or partially refunded, the order in the Completed list on will show as refunded
Refunding an Older Order
- Use your customer database (person icon in menu bar) to search for the specific customer
- Tap the customer's profile image
- Select the order from the order history and select Refund on the right hand side of the profile
- Check the box next to the item(s) you would like to refund, followed by Refund
