How to refund an order

If you need to issue a refund, or a partial refund, to a customer, there are two places in the Merchant PLUS app where you can do so.

Refunding a Recent Order

  1. On the Order Status Screen swipe to the right, or tap, to take you to the Completed tab
  2. Select the Details button next to the order you'd like to refund
  3. Check the box next to the item(s) you would like to refund, followed by Refund
  4. Note that once an order is refunded, or partially refunded, the order in the Completed list on will show as refunded 

Refunding an Older Order

  1. Use your customer database (person icon in menu bar) to search for the specific customer 
  2. Tap the customer's profile image
  3. Select the order from the order history and select Refund on the right hand side of the profile
  4. Check the box next to the item(s) you would like to refund, followed by Refund
