How do I refund a customer's order?

  1. If on Order Status Screen, tap the customer's profile image 
  2. OR sue your customer database (person icon in menu bar) to search for the specific customer > tap the customer's profile image 
  3. Select the order from the order history and select Refund on the right hand side of the profile
  4. Check the box next to the item you need to refund followed by Refund
