How to Redeem Physical and Digital Store Gift Cards

You're a recipient of a gift card! Awesome - now it's time to redeem your gift card with these simple steps: 

If you received a physical gift card:

1. Download joe at https://get.joe.coffee/
2. Register your phone number 
3. Go to the Wallet Tab
4. Tap the Gift Card icon in the upper right hand corner
5. Input the 12 digit code and CVV, then tap Add Gift Card

If your family/friend sent you a gift card through the joe app:

1. Download joe at https://get.joe.coffee/
2. Register your phone number 
3. Go to your Wallet tab - the funds will be automatically added here.

Now begin ordering your favorite items and Gift Card will be a payment method at checkout
