In joe Merchant PLUS, you now have the ability to adjust the app volume for all incoming mobile orders to fit your preference.

To adjust the volume:

1. Click on the Settings tab (gear icon) while in the joe Merchant PLUS app
2. Click on the General Settings tab
3. Tap the drop down menu for the Alerts volume to select your preferred level
   1. Low - minimum volume possible on the app
   2. High - maximum volume possible on the app
   3. Manual - adjust using the volume up/down buttons on the side of the tablet
